Accompanying and listening to employees has always been a priority for our company. As a result, we are a team that, despite its diversity, works in an increasingly collaborative and transversal way.

Our Chairmanship Commission visits all of our breweries, water springs and offices each year to hear what our teams have to say first hand. In addition, we have multiple tools for dialogue, such as “Dilo”, the survey of morale and commitment, and “Conversamos”, a system for managing objectives and development based on open dialogue and creating an atmosphere conducive to expressing opinions and expectations.

Our online platform aimed at the employees, “Contigo”, has had new personalised functionality since 2018. In it, we can find all the information needed to do our daily work, in addition to receiving guidance on safety, health and prevention.
